By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or communicating with us through SMS, email, or other channels, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

Services
Quantum AI Experts provides marketing, consulting, and client acquisition systems for automotive and related businesses. The scope of services may include advertising management, software solutions, communication tools, and related professional support. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

Accounts and Responsibilities

Use of SMS and A2P Messaging
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS and other A2P messages from Quantum AI Experts. These messages may include appointment confirmations, service notifications, support communications, or marketing messages only if you have opted in. Message frequency will vary based on service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

All SMS and A2P messaging is managed by ALL LOYALTY SOLUTIONS, LLC and follows carrier and regulatory compliance standards.

SMS, A2P Messaging, and Communications Consent

Business Description:
Quantum AI Experts sends SMS messages related to recovery calculator, appointment notifications, reminders, follow-ups, customer support, and promotional marketing for automotive business growth services, including ceramic coating, PPF, window tinting, and related offerings.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 561-578-9298. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your engagement and service activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Acceptable Use

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to services at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or misuse our systems. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Quantum AI Experts operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
